History: This named pattern “Windsor” trio by Tuscan China features a central bouquet with detailed roses, forget-me-nots, and wildflowers, rich green and gold cartouches along the rim with floral clusters, a scalloped and gilded edging for a more opulent finish. This pattern showcases the late period Tuscan style (floral, ornate and ideal for elegant tea settings). The crowned winged emblem is one of the later Tuscan marks, likely dating from the 1950-1960’s, prior to their merger into Royal Tuscan under Wedgewood in1967.
