Packaging and Breakage

All items are professionally packaged, and we document the process with video and photo evidence.

If an item arrives damaged due to improper packaging on our part, we will issue a full refund upon verification. Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items unless they are damaged due to our packaging.

If a return is necessary (e.g., for reasons agreed upon by both parties), all shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Discrepancies in Item Condition

If we identify any flaws in an item that were not clearly visible in the product photos, we will contact the buyer to confirm if they still wish to proceed with the purchase.

Buyers may choose to cancel the order at this stage with no additional cost.
Transaction Reversals

If a transaction is reversed for any reason (e.g., buyer cancels after shipment, payment issues), there may be administrative costs involved. These fees will be communicated to the customer and are their responsibility.
