History: This trio’s pattern was introduced in 1981 and remained in production through much of the decade. This pattern is a soft and romantic border featuring pastel floral bouquets in urns, surrounded by blue bands with dotted gold accents and scroll detailing. The flowers include soft pinks, yellows and greens in a basket motif whish is typical of early 1980’s English china elegance. Rimmed in gold gilt, the design retains a classical yet charmingly vintage aesthetic. A must have for Royal Doulton tea ware collectors.
