History: As there are no markings on the underside of the pieces there are a few possibilities of the origin. Research suggests the following:

German or Bavarian Porcelain (unmarked factory pieces). Many Bavarian and German porcelain manufacturers such as Hutschenreuther, Tirschenreuth, or RS Prussia sometimes produced unmarked pieces, especially when hand painted by independent decorators.

Austrian or Bohemian Porcelain. In the mid-20th century these types of porcelain sometimes lacked back stamps, especially for export or decorator pieces.

The pierced saucer and gold accents are features seen in Viennese, Czechoslovakian, Austrian or German porcelain rather than English.
