Name: Amber Vase Type: Bohemian Hand-Decorated Amber Glass Vase Year: Circa 1890–1910 (Late Victorian to Edwardian) Set: No Mark: None - None History: This is a fine late 19th to early 20th century Bohemian art glass vase, expertly blown in amber-coloured glass with a flared and crimped trumpet rim, raised on a clear stem with a spiral twist and domed foot. The body is beautifully decorated in polychrome enamel with stylised flowers in red, white, orange, and blue, enhanced by delicate yellow scrollwork and extensive gilding, now partially rubbed with age. The enamelling is applied in relief, typical of high-quality Bohemian workmanship from Harrach or Moser workshops during the Austro-Hungarian Empire era. Vases of this kind were often marketed as decorative tableware or mantle vases and remain highly desirable to collectors of Victorian and Edwardian glass. With its rich amber hue and raised decoration, it is a striking example of Continental glass artistry. Flaws: Has been Restored at the Stem
