History: This is a mid-century preserve or mustard pot by Lancaster & Sandland, produced for Yeoman Plate.  The square bodied ceramic features vibrant floral transfers in rose, yellow and blue, framed by an ornate scalloped aqua and gilt border. Finished with a fitted EPNS silver plated lid, stamped accordingly. A charming fusion of English chintzware and silver plate tableware, perfect for collectors of 1950’s breakfast or tea service accessories.
 
Flaws: Previously restored. Significant crazing all over. Crack in the corner
